Service Description
Drawing from Hatha and Yin yoga traditions, The 9-to-5 Stretch was created with desk workers in mind. Designed to counter the effects of prolonged sitting, this class focuses on improving mobility, flexibility, and overall ease of movement. Gentle postures, breath awareness, and mindful transitions help release common areas of tension while supporting sustainable movement and long-term well-being. Suitable for all experience levels. Policies Registration of any class or event constitutes agreement to Anandamaya's policies. Participants must also complete a signed waiver prior to their first class. Pre-registration is required for all classes. All classes are 21+ in accordance with venue guidelines. Please arrive 5-10 mins before class to settle in. Doors may be locked once class begins to minimize disruption. Respect for fellow participants and facilitators is required at all times. There is zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, unwanted touch, or disruptive behavior. Clothing-optional classes are judgement-free spaces. Participants are expected to respect the privacy, boundaries, and comfort of others at all times. Bringing your own mat is required. Photography, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted during classes or events. Participation is always optional. Please honor your body's needs and limitations. Anandamaya reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants whose behavior negatively impacts the experience of others. Anandamaya classes are hosted in a cannabis-friendly environment. Participants who choose to consume cannabis are expected to do so responsibly and remain capable of safely participating in class. Vaporized cannabis may be consumed indoors in accordance with venue guidelines. Smoking is restricted to designated outdoor areas.
